TD Bank closing branch in Bucks County, Pa.
BENSALEM TOWNSHIP — TD Bank is closing a branch in Bucks County after closing a branch earlier this year. According to a filing with the federal Office of Comptroller of the Currency, the bank's branch on Hulmesville Road in Bensalem will be shut down. A closing date was not disclosed in the filing. TD Bank closed its Hatboro branch after filing with the OCC in April.

Pickleballers will have another venue to dink, lob and volley if Newtown approves a plan to bring the popular pastime to a shuttered store in a busy township shopping center. The Planning Commission granted approval in June for an 11-court setup in the former Bed, Bath and Beyond store at the Newtown Shopping Center on Eagle Road.
