Second Abraxas escapee captured in Bucks County
Authorities have captured the second of two teens who escaped from the Abraxas Academy youth detention facility in New Morgan. State police announced Thursday that Dustin Lomas, 16, of Bristol Township, Bucks County had been taken into custody Wednesday night by police in Falls Township, Bucks County. Lomas was in a stolen vehicle at the time of his arrest.
