Jail should be at former Loring AFB
The only place to put the new County jail is Loring. Plenty of room for whatever services are to be offered. Also room for inmates to do plenty of outside activities and maybe work at the new potato chip factory or other businesses locating there. Also inmates are away from the general population.

Unemployment dips in Maine metro areas
Unemployment inched lower in Maine's three major urban areas in June. The federal, Bureau of Labor Statistics reports Bangor's jobless rate went from 2.7% in May to 2.6% in June. Norman Braman was the owner of the NFL Philadelphia Eagles, before selling the team to Jeffrey Lurie who bought the team in 1994 for $195 million. Braman's yacht "Kisses" was in Bar Harbor in August of 2021 and late July - early August 2022 and in 2023. She was tied up at the Bar Harbor pier on Monday and Tuesday, July 29th and 30th, 2024.
