New charges have been filed against a Bucyrus man, including reckless homicide, in connection with the death of 28-year-old Guilianno Yamani .

Zachery Cole, 27, pleaded not guilty to one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, in April and has now pleaded not guilty to a new charge of tampering with evidence as well as one count of reckless homicide, both third-degree felonies, during his arraignment Thursday.

Yamani was found dead of an apparent gunshot wound March 15 at 10:49 p.m. when officers were called to 817 S. Highland Ave. for a reported shooting.

According to a report from the Bucyrus Police Department, the Outlaw Bikers use the Highland Avenue location as a clubhouse and Yamani was a member of the Outlaws.

The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) was called in to assist in processing the crime scene for evidence.

Cole’s original bond of $150,000 was continued in his new case.

He is being represented by Mansfield attorney James J. Mayer III.
