Flexlume completes land purchase in Lackawanna to build new HQ
Flexlume Sign Co. has closed on a real estate deal to shift the Buffalo sign maker's headquarters to Lackawanna. Through 1 Albright Court LLC, Flexlume bought four vacant acres at One Albright Court from the City of Lackawanna for $100,000. The deal was put together a year ago and finalized in September 2021, but the sale wasn’t completed and filed until July 6 to allow for an environmental review, according to documents in the Erie County Clerk’s office.
