Long Island investors pay $3.15 million for Amsdell Road building in Hamburg
A Long Island-based real estate investment trust bought a multi-tenant Hamburg building for $3.15 million — nearly 1100% more than the building sold for 22 years ago. TeddyTree Realty LLC bought the 30,000-square-foot building at 3040 Amsdell Road from Orchard Park-based investors, OLV-Brierwood Healthcare Co. LLC, according to a July 19 filing in the Erie County Clerk’s office. It is Teddy Tree's first deal in Western New York.
