Ramp From Highway 23 In St. Cloud Closed Monday
(KNSI) – Assuming the storm clouds hold off, St. Cloud drivers will have to contend with a major inconvenience downtown. The City Engineer’s Office says the exit ramp that connects eastbound Highway 23 with 9th Avenue South will be closed for planned maintenance work. The closure begins at 7:00 a.m. and should only last for today.

15-year-old girl fatally shot in Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - A 15-year-old girl has died after being shot inside a home Saturday afternoon. According to Minneapolis police, just before 2 p.m., officers responded to a home on the 3400 block of Logan Avenue North on reports of a shooting. At the scene, officers found a 15-year-old girl inside the home with at least one life-threatening gunshot wound.
