Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Rochester's Strong National Museum of Play has named its high-adventure ropes course the Ralph Wilson Skyline Climb. In a statement, the Museum said the name is honoring Wilson's work in "supporting children and working families, pushing for economic development, and supporting non-profits." The Ralph Wilson Jr., Foundation previously provided $5 million towards the Museum's 90,000 sq. ft. expansion in 2021.

Catholic Charities of Buffalo has named Chuck Hayes as chief communications & development officer. They've also named Kaitlin Jackson as director of agency communications. Hayes joined Catholic Charities in 2023, Jackson in 2016.

Dr. Stephen Edge has been appointed to the role of President of the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus' Board of Directors. Dr. Edge has been with the Chorus since 2017. Executive Director Dr. Madeline Harts is stepping down from her role. A search committee is being assembled to find Dr. Harts' replacement.
