B/R: Greg Rousseau is Bills' 'most promising building block' in 2024

The Buffalo Bills believe in Greg Rousseau. So does Bleacher Report.

The Bills took the fifth-year option on Rousseau’s rookie contract which he will be playing on next season. The team’s first-round selection at the 2021 NFL draft has shown promise in his career, recording eight sacks in 2022 and adding another five a year ago.

The hope in Buffalo will be another big step forward next season when Rousseau is playing on that part of his contract. Fellow defensive lineman Ed Oliver previously did that.

In terms of B/R, the outlet named every NFL team’s “most promising building block” ahead of next year. Rousseau was the choice.

Buffalo recently picked up Rousseau’s fifth-year option, tying him to the organization into the 2025 season. Based on his current trajectory, Rousseau will deserve an extension in the near future.
