FreeWire looking for Sr. Executive Assistant with unlimited PTO

(ALAMEDA COUNTY, Calif.) FreeWire, a climate tech company, is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a Senior Executive Assistant position.

The full-time position, which would report directly to the CEO, would ask any future employee to manage executive calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, attend meetings with the CEO and several other related duties.

Applicants should have six to eight years of experience in an executive assistant role, a valid driver's license and intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft programs like Excel, Word, Visio and Powerpoint.
