A Moniteau County man who led multiple law enforcement agencies on a high-speed chase pleads guilty. During his pre-trial hearing earlier today, Kineth Lowe, 49, of California, withdrew his not guilty plea and indicated he’ll plead guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm and resisting arrest.
