Hi-Liners’ ‘Matilda the Musical’ opens this weekend at Highline Performing Arts Center

Don’t miss your chance to see Roald Dahl’s “Matilda the Musical” – performed by the Hi-Liners Musical Theatre – opening this Friday and running through this weekend and next.

Based on the novel by Roald Dahl, “Matilda the Musical” tells the inspiring tale of Matilda Wormwood, a young girl whose love for books helps her navigate and overcome the challenges in her life.

HMT’s biggest production of the year, “Matilda the Musical” is a full-length show intended for families, including children ages 9 and up. Running time is 2.5 hours.

Book Fundraiser

In the spirit of the show, HMT will be hosting a book fundraiser during the performance run. Attendees will have the option to donate funds to allow teachers to purchase books at various schools in the Highline School District.
