    The Burlington Activities Department sponsored Taekwondo class taught by Connie Jo and Lowell Coon welcomed their newest black belts recently. The picture on top is the newest trio to join the elite ranks, from the left: Instructor Connie Jo Coon, Jaymen Lopez, Julie McNerney, and Nash Hubbell. The picture on the bottom was taken a few months back when Lea Ann Norris received her black belt. Beside her is Coon and Norris’s husband Paul, who was in the first group to receive his black belt.     why weren't both parties charged and brought into court ,there were no witnesses to say who did what she was drunk and the other party was upset no one knows what really took place.
