    ICPD: Transient threatened to kill another man before assaulting officers

    Iowa City Police say a local transient threatened to kill another man before assaulting officers. According to arrest records, just after 5:30 Friday night 40-year-old Terrell Fulwiley was seen near the corner of Burlington and Clinton Streets yelling at another man. He allegedly told arriving officers that he planned to kill the other man once they left. Police say Fulwiley later told them he was going to have some friends kill the alleged victim. Read more
