Calvert City residents begin 'Bike Bus' program for elementary students
CALVERT CITY, Ky. — Riding your bicycle to school is a tradition that has been lost in many communities, but one group has begun an effort to revive it in Calvert City. Dustin Brown is an avid bike rider, as well as the father of a Calvert City Elementary School student. In an effort to get kids to become more active and more engaged, Brown gathered a group of volunteers to supervise and assist kids in riding their bikes to school.
