Units responded to fire off Clear Creek Road in Redding
REDDING, Calif. — Fire crews responded to a fire that sparked Saturday afternoon off Clear Creek Road and Glengary Drive in Redding. Law enforcement blocked off parts of Clear Creek Road by South Market Street as crews mitigated the spread. Witnesses in the area said they could see the smoke from Downtown Redding as fire trucks drove past.
Firefighters fight blaze at Anderson Landfill
ANDERSON, Calif. — Multiple personnel were sent to a fire that sparked at the Anderson Landfill by Campbridge Road. Multiple agencies, including Cal Fire, Redding Police, and the Shasta County Sheriff's Office were there as fire crews and aerial support mitigated the spread. There is no word on containment.
