The night's three heat races would be won by Wout Hoffmans, Gage Laney, and Johnny Kent. With the lineup set for the night's main event, it would be Alex Sewell leading the first 9 laps before something went wrong in turns 1 and 2, ending in Sewell sliding off the top of the track.
