CASPER, Wyo. — They were almost as unpleasant as airplane food and almost as uncomfortable as sitting in an 18-inch seat next to someone with poor hygiene. A new face for City Hall unveiled
The Douglas City Hall will soon receive a facelift, and now we have a better idea of what the nondescript building at Fourth and Center streets may look like. The city council voted in July to accept a $389,000 bid from K&R Construction, of Douglas to replace and repair the building’s facade. K&R is partially owned by Douglas City Councilman Ron McNare.
