Person struck, killed by Metro train in Rockville
A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train Friday morning at the Rockville Metro station, according to police radio transmissions. Police and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service crews were dispatched to 250 Rockville Pike just after 9 a.m. for the report of a pedestrian struck. Police on the scene announced in a radio transmission that the person was dead upon arrival.
