Pennsboro man charged with Animal Abuse
Pennsboro, WV – Tyler Leggett, 30, of Pennsboro, has been charged with felony animal abuse following an incident that came to light on August 8. The Ritchie County Animal Shelter alerted Officer G.D. Rowley, the Animal Control Officer for the Ritchie County Sheriff's Department, after a dog was brought to the shelter in poor health and with major trauma to its tail.
