The Parrish brewery and restaurant is expected to accommodate around 300 patrons and the Bradenton brewery will be slightly smaller; however, both will offer indoor and outdoor seating. The expansive outdoor areas will include lawn games such as cornhole and giant Jenga, as well as a large turf area and water fixture. There will be ample space for gatherings and events, and the Bradenton brewery will feature live music whenever possible.
They will exclusively serve house-made alcohol, including beers and spirits they distill onsite. Expect the Parrish location to feature 16 taps of different beers. In Bradenton, there will be a self-pouring beer wall with 20 taps, Griffin said.
Expect a food menu with wide variety, ranging from salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, ribs and much more. Check out the menu at the Sarasota unit.
The Parrish location could potentially open as early as next month, with Griffin aiming to have it fully staffed by the end of this month. It will operate seven days a week: Monday to Thursday 11 am - 10 pm, Friday to Saturday 11 am - 11 pm, and Sunday 10 am - 9 pm, with brunch offered on weekends.
The Bradenton location, while maintaining the same operating hours, is expected to open a couple of months later. They will have a unique lunch program catering to the local business community with quick-service options, allowing for online or call in orders and speedy service for dine-in or takeout, according to Griffin.
