Culver's Will Expand to New Ocala Location Along I-75

A new Culver's is in the work for Ocala, co-owner Joshua Clark told Business Debut. Culver's, known for their ButterBurgers and frozen custard, are planning to open right along Interstate 75 at: 3637 W Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL 34475.

Clark reported that they are planning to break ground at the location in mid-August or September. It will likely be February or March 2025 before they will open.

The building will have a double drive through, around 110 seats, a covered patio and a small pond between the store and the highway. The operator for this location will be Manny Montanez, who operates three other stores in Ocala, Clermont and Winter Garden.

When asked about more locations in the works, Clark said that "we really like Ocala," and more locations could be in the works over the next 18-24 months.

Clark leads a franchising group with 23 Culver's locations across the country, with two more (including Ocala) in development.
