Chicken-w-Bones to Serve Crispy Fried Chicken in Columbus

This Chattanooga, Tennessee franchise is opening a brick-and-mortar in Columbus soon, franchisee Denise Goettie told Business Debut. A recent press release reported that since its founding over 15 years ago, Chicken-w-Bones has expanded beyond its original restaurant in Chattanooga to include three food trucks and now the franchised location in Columbus.

Chicken-w-Bones is known for serving hand breaded and never frozen fried chicken, deep fried potato wedges, rolls and more.

Founders of the brand Timothy and Melinda Bone shared in the press release that "With new owners, Ben and Denise Goettie we look forward to becoming valued members of the Columbus community, supporting local suppliers, events, and initiatives that enrich the area's cultural fabric and align with our mission of bringing families together around the dinner table with great food."

The Columbus unit is planned to open soon at 1112 18th Ave, Columbus, GA 31906.

Goettie shared that she and her husband, Ben Goettie, both have restaurant experience, but that this is their first time owning an eatery. For additional information, check out the brand's website and Instagram.
