The Grub Shack to Open at Carib Brewery in Cape Canaveral

A new permanent food truck is preparing to open soon in Cape Canaveral, co-owner Chris Mauldin shared with Business Debut. The Grub Shack will be located in the parking lot of Carib Brewery at 200 Imperial Blvd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920.

The truck will operate 7 days a week initially, Mauldin said. Expect finger foods and comfort grub like chicken tenders, sliders, fish bites, fried pickles, hand-rolled mozzarella sticks, fries and more.

The Grub Shack will be open during the week from 4 - 8 pm and from 1 or 2 - 5 or 6 pm during the weekends. Mauldin shared that he is looking to expand the business to other breweries in Florida. He's looking at Sebastian and Tampa currently.

Mauldin is planning to open August 3rd if all continues well, but this date could be pushed back if there are delays.
