Santana's, a multi-region Latin-inspired restaurant, will soon soft open at 1876 Dr. Andres Way #102, Delray Beach, FL 33445, owner Amy Santana told Business Debut. The establishment will operate in soft opening mode for a few weeks before hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Santana's has served as a catering business previously that's been known for its made-from-scratch dishes and signature mango bread pudding. This will be their first brick-and-mortar location.

Describing their new concept, Santana said, "It's kind of like a café meets quick-service-restaurant." The venue will offer both dine-in and takeout options, featuring a bar and Latin music to create a warm, inviting atmosphere where diners can dance if they choose. Santana's will incorporate sustainability wherever they can, such as having a moss wall to purify the air.

The menu will showcase exciting desserts, a unique cocktail selection including a black rice horchata cocktail, and various empanadas filled with cheese, spinach, duck and mango. Vegan and gluten-free options will be available, and the beef and beef bacon will be sourced from a Florida cattle company.

"Customer service is what we're known for," Santana shared, highlighting their commitment to quality experiences. She described the restaurant as a hidden gem "off the beaten path," inviting diners to discover their first brick-and-mortar location.
