Brooklyn Water Bagel to Open Two New Central Florida Locations

Brooklyn Water Bagel is expanding in Central Florida with two new locations, Franchisee Nicholas Tetrault told Business Debut. These additions will complement Tetrault's existing shops in Lake Mary and Lady Lake.

The first new location will open in Lake Nona at 9368 Narcoossee Road, Suite 101, Orlando, FL 32827 in mid-September. This shop will offer seating for 45 customers across its interior and exterior spaces.

The second location will open in Clermont at 2605 S Hwy 27 #101, Clermont, FL 34711 in mid-October. The Clermont shop will be the first Brooklyn Water Bagel in the country to feature a drive-thru. It will have seating for 30 customers, including a covered patio area.

Tetrault plans to continue expanding with four more locations in Central Florida after these two open, with a focus on the West Orlando area.

According to their website, the name "Brooklyn Water Bagel" reflects the company's approach to recreating authentic New York-style bagels that are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They use a special water treatment process they call "Brooklynizing" to mimic the properties of Brooklyn's water, which is believed to be essential for creating the perfect bagel.
