Island Freddie Food Truck Serving Underground Atlanta

A recently opened food truck, Island Freddie, is combining American fast food favorites with Jamaican flavors, their website says. Business Debut caught up with co-owner Ebony Rush to discuss the truck's recent opening.

Rush, and her husband Jermanie, have been operating officially since May. Each weekend, from Friday to Sunday, the couple stakes out in Underground Atlanta. During the week, the sell their Jamaican American fusion at a Shell Station at: 4590 Fulton Industrial Blvd SW, Atlanta, GA 30336.

The menu offers fusion dishes like oxtail, fried catfish, jerk chicken cheesesteak, wings, rice and peas and much more.
