Gianni & Mac's to Bring Authentic Italian Fare to Marietta Square

Restaurateurs Gianni Betti and Randy McCray are set to open a new Italian eatery, Gianni & Mac's, at 85 Church St, Marietta, GA 30060, the AJC reported. The restaurant is slated to open toward the end of the year, Betti told Business Debut in a phone interview.

Gianni & Mac's will offer seating for over 100 guests, including private dining areas and outdoor seating. Betti, an Italian native, aims to bring authentic flavors from his homeland to Marietta, including pizza and dishes similar to those served at his Sandy Springs restaurant, Cibo e Beve, he said.

A unique feature of the restaurant will be its charcuterie bar, where guests can view their custom boards being assembled. The emphasis will be on fine Italian meats and cheeses, allowing patrons to create personalized selections.

The restaurant will offer an upscale ambiance without crossing into fine dining territory, with Betti describing it as affordable for families and the neighborhood. The beverage program will feature a strong Italian and global wine list and cocktails.
