Luminescent Bar and Indian Street Food Coming Soon to Orlando

Luminescent, a new bar, coffee shop and Indian street food concept, is set to open by the end of October, co-owner Shivah Kothari reported to Business Debut.

Located at 12286 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32826, Luminescent will offer a dining and drinking experience centered around the interplay of light and mood. Each day, the venue will feature different lighting schemes to create varied atmospheres for patrons.

The menu will focus on Indian-style street food featuring house-made sauces. While still being finalized, the food offerings are expected to include appetizers, wings, paninis, flatbreads and veggie bowls. Kothari emphasized that while the food will be a draw, Luminescent will primarily function as a bar, with a strong focus on craft cocktails.

During daytime hours, Luminescent will serve coffee, providing a space for studying and working. The venue will also offer authentic Indian chai.
