    Santana's

    Santana's, a multi-region Latin-inspired restaurant, will soft soon open in Delray Beach (1876 Dr. Andres Way #102, Delray Beach, FL 33445) with their first brick-and-mortar, owner Amy Santana told Business Debut.

    The venue will offer both dine-in and takeout options, featuring a bar and Latin music to create a warm, inviting atmosphere where diners can dance if they choose. Visit their website for updates on their opening.


    Bellaz Blessed Kitchen

    Bellaz Blessed Kitchen, a new Haitian food truck, is now open in Palm Beach County, according to owner Francois Bertonise.

    Zuru Ramen Bar and Mochinut

    A new location of Zuru Ramen is now open in Boca Raton (119 W Palmetto Park Rd #400, Boca Raton, FL 33432), featuring a unique food hall-style concept, co-owner Barry Liu told Business Debut.

    In the venue you will also find a Mochinut franchise and a boba tea concept under the Zuru brand, Liu shared.


    Floza Craft Pizza

    Co-owner Erwin Toribio shared that Floza Craft Pizza, a new wood-fired pizza restaurant, is set to open in Palm Beach Gardens (6271 PGA Boulevard unit 207, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418). The pizzeria will open October 7th, according to Google.

    Toribio and his business partner Edward Sherwood are bringing their extensive culinary backgrounds to this new venture, which will specialize in sourdough pizza, handmade pasta and a seasonal menu.


    Mr. Tophat's Tasty Taters

    A new food truck concept, Mr. Tophat's Tasty Taters, will launch in Palm Beach County soon, according to CFO and sous chef Brian Stone.

    The family-run food truck will offer a Chipotle-style fast-casual experience centered around potatoes. Customers can choose a base of baked potato, sweet potato or French fries, then customize with various proteins, toppings and sauces.


    Tropical Blends

    Tropical Blends, a new health-focused eatery, is set to open at 500 NE Spanish River Blvd #4a, Boca Raton, FL 33431 this November, according to co-owner Olivia Milicevic.

    The nutritious menu will feature items such as smoothies, protein shakes, salads, fruit bowls, wraps, paninis and açaí bowls. Tropical Blends will also carry juices and concentrated healthy shots from Pressed Juicery.


    Olive U Mediterranean Grill

    Olive U Mediterranean Grill is opening its sixth Palm Beach County location (7381 Boynton Beach Blvd #320, Boynton Beach, FL 33437) with an anticipated opening towards the end of November, owner Abdul Aburmaieleh reported to Business Debut.

    The new restaurant will follow the brand's fast-casual concept, offering fresh and healthy build-your-own Mediterranean bowls.


    Vampire Penguin

    Vampire Penguin, a specialty dessert shop known for its frozen snow treats, is preparing to open its doors in Palm Beach Gardens (3908 Northlake Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33403) in October or November, according to co-owner Darcy Wilkes.


    Berry Fresh Cafe

    Berry Fresh Cafe, a family-owned and operated restaurant, is planning to open its doors by December in West Palm Beach (6901 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33411).

    Owner Mitchell Timoteo reported to Business Debut that the cafe will maintain the same popular breakfast, brunch and lunch program, with a focus on fresh, scratch-made cooking.


    Shahs of Kabob

    Shahs of Kabob is preparing to open a location in Boca Raton within the next month or two, owner Amin Ebrahimi reported to Business Debut. The restaurant will be located in Boca Raton (2344 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33431).

    Zunzibar, a lively beach bar brand known for its award-winning sandwiches, wings and daily happy hours, is opening its first Florida location in Jupiter (80 Intracoastal Point Dr, Jupiter, FL 33477) in early 2025, CEO Chris Smith said.
