    DUVAL COUNTY


    Nicky's Meals and Deals

    Nicky's Meals and Deals will soon open at the corner of Soutel Drive and 5th Street in Jacksonville, across from the car lot, owner Nichole Earvin told Business Debut.

    The menu will feature comfort foods including chicken wings, shrimp, fish and Philly cheesesteaks. The food truck also plans to offer a soul food day once a week.


    CLAY COUNTY


    Fork Around Food Truck

    Fork Around Food Truck, owned by husband-and-wife team Britney Dardar and Jacob McDonald, is set to hit the streets of Clay County very soon, serving up a menu of authentic Mexican favorites.

    Specializing in tacos, the truck will also offer burritos, nachos, churros, dessert nachos, Mexican street corn cups and quesadillas, with a variety of meat options.


    ST. JOHNS COUNTY


    Global Bites Food Truck Park

    Global Bites, a new food truck park located at 2455 FL-16 in St. Augustine, is set to open within the next couple weeks, according to co-owner Bhairavi Patel.

    They plan to have a total of 18 trucks, representing different types of cuisine. Food truck owners can apply to join here. In addition to diverse food options, the park will feature a bar with draft beer and wine, alongside an indoor seating area.


    BAY COUNTY


    Tropical Jerk Paradise Food Truck

    Tropical Jerk Paradise is set to open in Panama City any day now, owner Kareisha Grant Owens told Business Debut.

    Tropical Jerk Paradise will offer a unique fusion of Jamaican and American cuisines. Initially, the food truck will operate in the Panama City area. Owens shared plans to expand the truck's reach to Pensacola in the next season.


    VOLUSIA COUNTY


    D & I Seafood Plus

    Owner Darrin Rogers is preparing to launch D & I Seafood Plus in the Daytona Beach area soon. Rogers plans to start by participating in local festivals while searching for a location to operate during weekdays.

    The mobile eatery will offer a variety of seafood dishes including shrimp, oysters, fried conch fritters, tilapia, whitling and more. The menu will also feature fried chicken, fried pork chops, and grilled shrimp and grits.


    Hillbilly Heaven Smoke Shack

    Hillbilly Heaven Smoke Shack is preparing to bring West Virginia-inspired cuisine to the Daytona area, owner Cinda Chapman reported. Chapman would like to serve at the Daytona International Speedway and if unable, then at All Aboard Flea & Farmers Market.

    Operating from a 24-foot trailer, Hillbilly Heaven Smoke Shack will specialize in unique offerings such as "WV Heavenly Hoagies," brat hoagies and smoked meats.


    LAKE COUNTY


    DJ’s Snack Shack

    DJ’s Snack Shack is in the final stages of preparation and is set to open in Lake County in just a few weeks. The mobile eatery, owned by Deborah Hartog, will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    According to Hartog, the menu will feature classic American favorites such as hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, specialty hot dogs and their bubble waffle sundaes. In addition to its regular offerings, DJ’s Snack Shack will be available for events and will frequently set up at Fiddler’s Green RV Park in Altoona.


    Mama’s Freezer Food Truck

    Mama’s Freezer, a soft-serve ice cream food truck, will debut on October 5th at Lake Catherine's Blueberry Farm, according to co-owner Bryce McGuire. The farm is located at 5849 Lake Catherine Rd, Groveland, FL 34736.

    The food truck will serve soft-serve ice cream with four staple flavors and two swirl options. Mama’s Freezer will be a regular feature during the farm’s weekend fall festivals, offering a sweet treat to festival-goers.


    SEMINOLE COUNTY


    La Familia Dream Barbecue

    La Familia Dream Barbecue, a BBQ truck owned by Leslie Masson, is set to bring Caribbean-style barbecue to the Winter Springs area once it passes its final inspection.

    Masson reported that he will be serving his Caribbean influenced fare from a 24-foot-long truck. Keep an eye out for La Familia Dream Barbecue as it prepares to launch.


    ORANGE COUNTY


    Burger Jawn

    Burger Jawn, which began as a pop-up, opened a food truck in August, co-owner Michael Dibattista told Business Debut. Dibattista runs the business alongside longtime friends Brandon Mohess and Jose Tejo Badilla.

    Burger Jawn specializes in unique toppings, such as marmalade, Asian soy butter, au jus, and Maduritos. Follow them on Instagram.


    Cowgirl Coffee Co

    Cowgirl Coffee Co, a new coffee truck owned by Savannah Ward and Chaney Edson, is preparing to hit the road by October, pending inspection.

    Chaney Edson, who shared the news with Business Debut, revealed that the truck will offer a variety of coffee options, including lattes, iced coffees, and other specialty drinks. Cowgirl Coffee Co plans to apply for festivals and markets. They are also looking for locations in Seminole County to pop-up at regularly.


    Hapa Halo Grill

    Hapa Halo Grill is preparing to launch its new Japanese street food concept on the 28th and 29th of September, owner Kegan Baker told Business Debut. They will serve Yakitori sticks out of a distinctive Japanese kei truck.

    Hapa Halo Grill will debut at an event held at The Acre, located at 4421 Edgewater Dr, Orlando, FL 32804, Baker shared. The business aims to cater to events and pop-ups throughout Orlando, providing its popular Japanese-inspired offerings.


    Wandering Smokehouse BBQ

    Wandering Smokehouse BBQ is gearing up to launch, co-owner Cory Stiles reported to Business Debut. The business is co-owned by Stiles and Ricky Parker.

    The menu will feature a variety of BBQ staples including pork, ribs, brisket and chicken. Additionally, customers can expect quesadillas, loaded fries and cheesecake. Visit their website for updates on their launch.


    Yanis Latin Food Truck

    Yanis Latin Food, a new Cuban food truck owned by Yanisley Gonzalez, is set to open in Orlando in October or November.

    Gonzalez, who shared the news with Business Debut, will bring authentic Cuban flavors to the area, with a menu centered around Cuban sandwiches and other traditional dishes.


    BREVARD COUNTY


    Spot On Grill Food Truck

    Spot On Grill, owned by Donn Mount, should open any day now outside the Cold Spot bar at 4111 S Hopkins Ave, Titusville, FL 32780.

    The food trailer will specialize in serving shrimp and burgers to the bar's patrons and will serve as a fundraising tool for the club's community projects.


    CITRUS COUNTY


    Stephen's Dream Kitchen Caribbean Cuisine and More

    Stephen's Dream Kitchen Caribbean Cuisine and More is preparing for its official opening in Homosassa on October 8th, which would have been the birthday of its late founder, Stephen.

    The food truck is now being brought to life by his wife Leah Johnson Gale, and their three boys, who are continuing his legacy. Leah reported to Business Debut that the menu will feature Caribbean-inspired dishes.


    HERNANDO COUNTY


    Got Toasted Food Truck

    Got Toasted is set to hit the streets of Weeki Wachee in September, owner Roberta Delancey told Business Debut. They plan to be a regular presence at a local RC race track every other Saturday, while also seeking out other events to attend.

    The mobile eatery will offer salads and a variety of toasted sandwiches, including Texas toast creations, wraps and paninis.


    PASCO COUNTY


    Breakfast Arepas

    A new Venezuelan food truck, Breakfast Arepas, is now open in Tampa. View their hours and address on Yelp.

    Ruth Negrin's mobile eatery specializes in both sweet and savory Venezuelan arepas. Customers can expect a variety of fillings, ranging from options like beef, chicken and corn to sweet, dessert fillings.


    Chop N' Smash Shack

    Chop N' Smash Shack launched in late August at 2715 US-19, Holiday, FL 34691, the Shell station on the corner of US 19 and Sunray Drive, co-owner Maud Saeed told Business Debut.

    Chop N' Smash offers New York-style chopped cheese sandwiches, smash burgers, Philly cheesesteaks and a variety of mac and cheese. For those looking for lighter fare, açaí bowls will also be available.


    Flames & Crepes Food Truck

    Flames & Crepes, a popular food truck concept from the DC-Maryland area, is set to expand into Hudson soon, owner Ashraf Said told Business Debut.

    The food truck serves a menu of chicken wings, sandwiches, fries, burgers, pupusas, gyros, crepes and more. Check out their extensive menu on their website.


    PASCO COUNTY


    Rad Mobile Eats Food Truck

    Rad Mobile Eats, owned by Nathan Mikulich, is set to launch in October, bringing gourmet hot dogs and burgers to various events and locations in Pasco County.

    They will serve all-beef hot dogs, homemade ingredients and unique sauces, offering a fresh take on classic dishes. Rad Mobile Eats aims to become a go-to spot for gourmet street food in the area.


    Smash Yo Burgers Food Truck

    Smash Yo Burgers is set to launch in Holiday as soon as possible, pending final permit approval, owner Mario Boutros told Business Debut.

    The truck will be stationed at 5448 Flora Ave, Holiday, FL 34690, serving lunch and dinner seven days a week. Smash Yo Burgers will offer a menu centered around smash burgers, fries and milkshakes.


    PINELLAS COUNTY


    Rising Sun Tacos

    Rising Sun Tacos, is set to launch in September, bringing a unique fusion of Japanese and Mexican cuisines to the Pinellas County area, owner Louis Scaglione told Business Debut. Follow their Instagram for opening updates.

    The menu will feature Japanese-inspired tacos, burritos, crunch rolls and quesadillas. Scaglione is putting a distinctive spin on traditional Mexican fare by marinating their chicken, pork and steak with Asian flavors.


    Seafood Mike's

    Keep an eye out for Seafood Mike's, opening soon at a permanent location in Largo, owner Mike Brundage told Business Debut.

    The menu will feature a variety of seafood options including fish, shrimp and crabs, as well as chicken wings and other similar dishes.


    HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY


    Mahogany Scratch Kitchen

    Mahogany Scratch Kitchen launched in August and is now serving a variety of Southern cuisines to the Plant City area, according to owner Willie Fisher.

    The menu features classic Southern dishes including wings, oxtail, shrimp and grits, along with various seafood options. Side dishes will include collard greens, fries and mac and cheese.


    Roots Southern BBQ

    Roots Southern BBQ launched in August in Ruskin, according to owner Josh Ricard. Follow their Facebook for updates on their food truck schedule.

    Operating out of his 28-foot trailer, the family-run food truck will serve authentic South Carolina pit-style BBQ, featuring ribs, chicken and pork.


    Slow Bros BBQ

    Slow Bros BBQ is set to hit the streets of Tampa, serving scratch-made barbecue. Owner and chef Chad Spinelli told Business Debut he plans to cater to workers in the area by setting up at business parks and call centers.

    The menu will showcase house-made sauces and traditional barbecue staples such as brisket, pulled pork and half chickens. Additionally, Spinelli plans to serve fish dishes, hush puppies, fries, homemade mac and cheese and collard greens.


    POLK COUNTY


    Jimmy's Subs

    James Reese (aka Chef Jimmy) soft launched his food truck on September 15th at 21380 US-27, Lake Wales, FL 33859. It features a front and back patio and rooftop seating, accommodating over 20 customers, Reese reported to Business Debut.

    Sear Smoke Island Flavor Food Truck

    Sear Smoke Island Flavor, is preparing to serve Winter Haven and Davenport, owner Jerry Brignol told Business Debut.

    The food truck will offer a variety of barbecue dishes including ribs and chicken, alongside classic sides such as mashed potatoes and fries. The menu will also feature hot dogs, nachos and other popular street food items.


    Uncle Willie’s Kitchen Food Truck

    Uncle Willie’s Kitchen, a new food truck owned by William Flores, is set to open soon at 3545 Recker Hwy, Winter Haven, FL 33880, pending state approval.

    Flores, who shared the details with Business Debut, will serve a variety of American favorites, including sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, rice and beans, plantains and fried cassava.


    MANATEE COUNTY


    Habibi Bowls Food Truck

    Habibi Bowls, a Middle Eastern food truck, is preparing to open soon at the gas station at 5640 15th St E, Bradenton, FL 34203, pending inspection.

    Owner Hadi Alnajjar shared that the truck will offer build-your-own rice bowls featuring falafel, chicken and lamb gyro, along with hummus, tzatziki and fries.


    LEE COUNTY


    Rice Guy Food Truck

    Rice Guy, a new food truck offering a mix of Thai and sushi dishes, is set to launch in the next couple of weeks, according to co-owner Danielle Ortiz, who shared the details with Business Debut.

    The truck will operate at various events throughout the Fort Myers area, serving a range of flavorful options.


    MARTIN COUNTY


    Don Nico’s Taco Food Truck

    Don Nico’s Taco, a new Mexican food truck, is set to open on September 28th at 4504 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34997. Co-owner Abraham Chavez, who shared the news with Business Debut, confirmed that the truck will offer a variety of Mexican favorites, including tacos, tortas, quesadillas and burritos.

    Operating six days a week from 10 am - 10 pm, Don Nico’s Taco aims to become a local favorite for authentic Mexican cuisine on the go.


    PALM BEACH COUNTY


    Ahmay’s Cuisine Food Truck

    Ahmay’s Cuisine, originally a catering company, is transitioning into a food truck this October, offering a fusion of Chinese, Thai and Indian flavors, according to owner May Aungthet.

    The food truck will frequent pop-up spots like NOBO Brewing Company and Garden District Taproom. Keep up with their event calendar online.


    Bellaz Blessed Kitchen

    Bellaz Blessed Kitchen, a new Haitian food truck, is now open in Palm Beach County, according to their Instagram.

    Mr. Tophat's Tasty Taters

    Mr. Tophat's Tasty Taters, a family-run food truck, is set to launch in Palm Beach County soon, according to CFO and sous chef Brian Stone. They food truck will primarily operate on weekends, attending events and venues while seeking a semi-regular location in Palm Beach County.

    The food truck will offer a Chipotle-style fast-casual experience centered around potatoes. Customers can choose a base of baked potato, sweet potato or French fries, then customize with various proteins, toppings and sauces.


    BROWARD COUNTY


    Dominick's Pizza Food Truck

    Dominick's Pizza is set to launch in Plantation in September, representative Nicole Fimiano told Business Debut. They plan to participate in events and festivals around Plantation, with intentions to expand in the future.

    The mobile eatery will specialize in Neapolitan-style pizza, with a different specialty pizza offered each week. The menu will also include arancini (rice balls), sandwiches and fries.


    Moo's Halal Food

    Mohammad Farooq shared with Business Debut that his new food truck, Moo's Halal Food, is set to debut in Hollywood at the end of October.

    The menu will feature shawarma, chicken shawarma, falafel, and shawarma on rice and much more.


    Wings and Wheelz

    Wings and Wheelz is set to open by the end of September at Murl Windsor High School in Fort Lauderdale, owner and Culinary Arts Teacher Delvis Rogers reported to Business Debut.

    The truck will initially operate three days a week on campus at 110 SW 11th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315, with plans to expand to events and festivals as the school year progresses. The menu will feature burgers, tacos and five different types of wings.


    MIAMI-DADE COUNTY


    Criollo Food

    Criollo Food, a new food truck specializing in authentic Criollo-style cuisine, is preparing to hit the streets of Miami in early October, Ezequiel Rosales reported to Business Debut.

    The mobile eatery will feature a variety of traditional dishes, with an emphasis on its empanadas.
