The Paper Bag Deli Opening Third Location in Gainesville

The Paper Bag Deli is opening a third location at 209 NW 75th St, Gainesville, FL, with plans to launch by the end of this year or early next, according to owner Richard Sterck.

The brand is known for serving breakfast and lunch foods, from their French Toastwich, to their Tony Montana Cubano sandwich. The brand serves salads and wraps as well. View their full menu online.

The new location's success may determine whether it replaces the original downtown unit. If there is enough business to sustain both neighboring locations, then they will both remain open, Sterck told Business Debut.
