Cajun Restaurant Opening Soon in Stone Mountain

Roots Kajun Kitchen, a new vegan Louisiana Cajun restaurant, is set to open soon in Stone Mountain, according to owner Queena Gant. The restaurant, located at 4821 Rockbridge Rd SW #8, Stone Mountain, GA 30083, is expected to open within a month, pending approval from DeKalb County.

Gant, who grew up in Louisiana, has crafted a fully vegan menu featuring scratch-made dishes inspired by authentic Louisiana and Cajun flavors. Roots Kajun Kitchen previously operated on Lee Street in Atlanta but closed in December, with plans to reopen in Stone Mountain.

The new restaurant will offer the rich, bold flavors of Cajun cuisine in a vegan format, providing a unique dining experience for the community, according to Gant.
