Urban Roots Planning to Open in Tarpon Springs This November

Urban Roots, a fresh and locally sourced dining concept, is opening at 121 E Tarpon Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689.

With the motto "Fresh, Local, Refined," the restaurant will offer a menu focused on fresh, locally sourced dishes, craft coffee, and craft cocktails, providing a full-service dining experience.

Owner Annie Appenzeller shared that the goal is to open by the end of November. The restaurant is related to the coffee shop in town called Urban Grounds. Both concepts are part of Orange Street Hospitality.
