I wish they would take care of the homeless problem over there. Last time I was there which was probably 3 years ago I had one lady was sitting outside dollar tree she had a dog the dog looked well taken care of she asked me for food and money I said sorry no . A girl who worked at the store ask her if she wanted a job and she said that she gave her a look and said no . Someone was also on the grown sleeping by Plato’s closet . When I went to target there was a guy he asked me to use my phone I said no he asked me for money I said no . I left target was walking towards old navy as I was walking the guy who asked for money and to borrow my phone started to follow me he was like mama , mama I trued around and pulled out my pepper spray and said stop following me I going to spray you ! He back off .
