Plainview, New York-based Eagle Rock Properties has acquired the West Springfield Terrace apartment community in Springfield for $70.5 million. The New York-based real estate firm which focuses primarily on rental apartment communities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, bought the 244-unit, 1970s-era garden apartment complex at 8525 Burling Wood Drive on July 31, reported the Washington Business Journal.
