Louisville, KY – The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Southern Indiana, effective from Tuesday morning until 4:00 PM CDT. The NWS Storm Prediction Center warns of scattered damaging wind gusts up to 70 mph and isolated large hail events up to 1.5 inches in diameter. A bowing cluster of thunderstorms moving east-southeastward poses a significant threat throughout the day.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - City officials held a ceremonial groundbreaking Tuesday to celebrate the replacement of a water main replacement in Waynedale. Fort Wayne Mayor Sharon Tucker, neighborhood leaders, residents of Waynedale, and City Utilities’ team members gathered in Lakewood Park to highlight the upgrade.
