    Like, people might think that getting older automatically means that you should have your life all figured out, but in reality, no matter how old you get, you never feel like you have it all together.

    Or perhaps people usually assume that by a certain age, you can't have a social or active lifestyle, but that's not the case at all for you — and you can share insights on how you've taken care of yourself and your well-being as you've gotten older.
