We've all been told at some point that we're either too young or too old for something.

Ageism is deeply embedded in our society and affects people throughout their lives. We believe it's crucial to listen to and understand the perspectives of people of all age groups. Whether you are older or younger, we want to hear your stories and how ageism has affected you.

Maybe you've been told you look good for your age .

Maybe you work as a nurse, and your patient asked for someone older because they'd more knowledgeable.

Maybe it was your 65th birthday, and someone told you, "At least you're young at heart!"

Or maybe your own friend told you, "Your outfit is a little young for you."
