JD Vance's "Ridiculous" Answer About How To Curb School Shootings Is Going Viral

The topic of gun violence was brought up in the VP debate, and one of JD Vance's "solutions" to it is going viral.

"We have to make the doors lock better. We have to make the doors stronger. We've got to make the windows stronger. And of course, we've got to increase school resource officers because the idea that we can magically wave a wand and take guns out of the hands of bad guys, it just doesn't fit with recent experience."

"So we've got to make our schools safer, and I think we've got to have some common sense, bipartisan solutions for how to do that."

Yes, he said make the doors and windows stronger.

People can't believe it.

They're calling his answer "grim."

They're calling it "the most insane answer to gun violence" they have ever heard.

And this college voter's response to it is going viral: "The issue is guns, not better locks on doors."

Tim Walz offered up a different opinion, saying, "Sometimes it's just the guns."
