Man charged with running human trafficking ring from behind bars in Oklahoma
VINITA, OK (KTUL) — Investigators have charged a man accused of running a human trafficking ring while behind bars. The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) its Human Trafficking Unit and the Oklahoma Department of Corrections (DOC) launched an investigation earlier this month. They identified Porter Meadows, also known as VP, as a human trafficker involved in the operation of a commercial sex ring.

GRANITE, Okla. (KSWO) - Two separate incidents in Granite have led to the arrest of four individuals who are now facing charges of trafficking. In the first incident, James Kenneth Ford III and Ajalein D’Undre Tyrik Monroe both face three counts of trafficking a controlled and dangerous substance as well as conspiracy. Ford faces an additional charge of driving without a driver’s license.
