SPRINGVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A Kentucky man has been charged with arson following an investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. The TBI reports agents and the Henry County sheriff’s deputies worked together during an investigation and eventually arrested and charged a Morgantown, Kentucky man in an arson investigation.
