Arguably the top game in the state next weekend will be the first of four matchups scheduled between a pair of West Virginia University commitments this fall. Next Friday night, perennial powers Huntington (WV) and Hurricane (WV) will face off against each other, with defensive back Zah Jackson representing the Highlanders and wide receiver Tyshawn Dues suiting up for the Redskins. Wrestling, softball state championships staying put
PARKERSBURG — The wrestling and softball state championships aren't going anywhere. The West Virginia Secondary School Activities Commission announced Thursday that Huntington and South Charleston will continue to serve as the host cities for wrestling and softball, respectively.
