Cabool student awarded scholarship

A Cabool student is a scholarship recipient from Ozark Healthcare in West Plains.

Ozarks Healthcare announced the recipients of scholarships awarded to outstanding graduating high school seniors.

This year, the health system provided community scholarships of $1,000 each and scholarships for the dependents of staff members of $500 each through the Ozarks Healthcare Foundation.

Mashayla Birky of Cabool received a $500 scholarship as a dependent.

“We are thrilled to support these exceptional students as they take the next step in their educational journeys,” Tom Keller, Ozarks Healthcare president and CEO, said. “These scholarships reflect our commitment to investing in the future leaders of our community.”
