Force Fields music festival set to debut in Cadott next summer

As the Minnesota Yacht Club Festival brings major summer festivals back to the Twin Cities, another fest is ready to launch.

Force Fields Festival, the third fest from Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, will be an EDM music gathering.

Its inaugural flight is scheduled for June 6–7, 2025 at the Cadott festival grounds in western Wisconsin, where organizers also hold the annual Rock Fest and Country Jam festivals, the latter of which will be renamed Hoofbeat starting next summer.

While details are scant with about 11 months until the debut, the festival is teasing themes around UFOs and other local legends. (Can we get a Hodag appearance?) Tickets will go on sale this winter, with plans for four stages and 4,000 campsites over the weekend.

“Launching Force Fields is a thrilling new chapter for us,” Wade Asher, festival promoter, said in a recent media release, per Volume One . “There’s an excitement in crafting a festival that not only showcases the hottest EDM artists, but also immerses attendees in a narrative that’s as deep and mysteries as the universe itself. We’re excited for fans to experience it.”
