GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - For the first time since 2016, the Grand Island Police Department has a full staff on board. Less than two years ago, Kevin Denney was named Grand Island’s Police Chief and since he took on the role he’s made it a priority to have a fully staffed department.
