City of Fayetteville, homeowners dispute over who should fix road damaged by Debby
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – Homeowners are fighting with the City of Fayetteville over who should fix a washed-out road after Tropical Storm Debby. A portion of Siple Avenue collapsed after the dam under the road breached during the storm. There is a lot of debate over who should be responsible for repairs.
