Mattingly Sentenced to Seven Years in IDOC
(Undated) – Dalton Mattingly was sentenced to a total of seven years in the Illinois Department of Corrections last month. According to Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, Mattingly was sentenced to three years in the IDOC on a Class 3 Felony charge of Aggravated Battery as well as four years on a Class 4 Felony charge of Mob Action. The sentences are to run consecutively. The Robinson Police Department assisted in the prosecution of both cases.
Robinson Man Sentenced on Aggravated DUI Charges
(Undated) – A Robinson man was sentenced to time in the IDOC during a June 24th court appearance. According to Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, Justin Burtch was sentenced to three years on a Class 4 Felony charge of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
