Gadsden, AL – The Gadsden State Community College Cardinal Foundation has been awarded the prestigious Platinum Seal of Transparency by Candid, a recognition that underscores the foundation’s exceptional commitment to excellence, trust, and responsible stewardship of donor contributions.
