People wanting to learn more about where to camp should sign up for the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) virtual program “Where Can I? Missouri governor fills judicial vacancies in 21st and 22nd circuits
Governor Mike Parson has announced the appointment of two new judges to serve in the 21st and 22nd Judicial Circuits. The Honorable Lorne J. Baker, from University City, has been appointed as a Circuit Judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit. Judge Baker is currently serving as an associate circuit judge within the same circuit. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Columbia. This appointment fills the vacancy left by the retirement of the Honorable Joseph L. Walsh III.

Sedalia Police Reports for August 26, 2024
This article is compiled from the Sedalia Police Department crime reports. Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of South Kentucky Avenue in reference to a domestic incident on Saturday night. Officers arrived and made contact with the victim. The victim had obvious injuries and signs of being assaulted. The victim was transported by air ambulance to the University of Missouri in Columbia.
